This Policy explains how Voiceups.online collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use our subscription AI voiceover software.
Last updated: May 18, 2026
The data controller for Voiceups.online is the entity operating the Service (“Voiceups,” “we,” “us”). Contact: support@voiceups.online or our Contact form.
This Policy applies to visitors, registered users, team members, API integrators, and billing contacts. It does not cover third-party sites or services (including Paddle checkout pages). Please read their policies separately.
Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle collects billing name, address, payment method details, and tax identifiers. We receive limited transaction data such as subscription status, plan name, Paddle customer or subscription IDs, amounts, currency, and renewal dates — not full payment card numbers.
We do not use your private workspace content to train shared public voice models for other customers without your consent. Limited technical logs may temporarily include content fragments for debugging, abuse prevention, and security — as described in our Acceptable Use and AI Safety policies.
See our Cookie Policy for details on cookies, local storage, and analytics technologies.
We process personal data to:
Legal bases (EEA/UK users): performance of contract, legitimate interests (security and improvement), consent (non-essential cookies/marketing where required), and legal obligation.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as needed with:
We require service providers to handle data consistent with this Policy and applicable law.
Your data may be processed in countries other than where you live, including where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
We retain personal data while your account is active and as needed for billing, security, and legal compliance. Project content may be deleted when you remove it or close your account, subject to backup retention for a limited period. Transaction records may be kept longer for tax and accounting obligations.
We use technical and organizational measures such as encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and monitoring. No online service can be completely secure. Please use a strong password and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact us with enough information to verify your identity. We respond within timeframes required by applicable law (for example, 30 days under GDPR where applicable).
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child provided data to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
We may use automated systems to enforce usage quotas, detect abuse, and flag suspected policy violations. Such decisions may affect account access. You may contact us to request human review where required by law.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Significant changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
