These Terms govern your use of Voiceups.online, a subscription-based AI voiceover and text-to-speech SaaS platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our linked policies.
Last updated: May 18, 2026
“Voiceups,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of Voiceups.online. “Service” means our subscription software-as-a-service (SaaS), delivered digitally, including the website, applications, APIs, and tools for AI-assisted text-to-speech, voiceover, subtitles, and multilingual localization. We do not sell physical goods or provide professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice. “You” means the individual or entity using the Service. “Input” means text, scripts, and other materials you submit. “Output” means audio, subtitles, translations, and other materials generated through the Service.
These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, AI Safety Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly offer accounts to them.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions by team members you authorize. Notify us promptly at support@voiceups.online if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose abuse or fraud risk, or harm the Service or other users.
Paid subscriptions are sold and billed through Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”) as merchant of record. Paddle processes payments, applicable taxes, and invoices under Paddle’s own terms and privacy policy. Plan features, usage limits (such as voiceover minutes, API requests, and team seats), and prices are shown on our Pricing page and at checkout.
Refund eligibility is described at checkout and in Paddle’s buyer terms. Unless required by applicable consumer law:
Subject to these Terms and your active plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful personal or commercial content production. You may not resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our written consent. API use is limited to documented endpoints and plan rate limits.
Subject to compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use Output in your projects as permitted by your plan. Output is AI-generated synthetic speech, not a live human recording, unless you separately own rights to source material you upload.
Voiceups is designed to support legitimate content production, including educational narration, courses, training materials, and accessibility projects. It is not a tool for academic dishonesty.
If you are a student, teacher, or institution user, you must follow your school, college, university, or employer integrity rules. You must not use the Service to cheat on exams, misrepresent authorship, violate assessment rules, or submit AI-generated work as your own original work without permission.
You are responsible for verifying that your use of Output complies with institutional policies before submission or publication.
You retain ownership of Input. You grant us a license to process Input only to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to enforce our policies. You represent that:
Without limiting our Acceptable Use Policy, you must not:
Violations may result in immediate suspension, termination, withheld refunds where permitted by law, and cooperation with authorities when appropriate.
The Service uses artificial intelligence. Output may contain pronunciation errors, incorrect emphasis, or inappropriate tone. We do not guarantee perfect or fully accurate audio. You must review Output before relying on it. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or force majeure may cause downtime. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voiceups and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) USD $100, except where law prohibits such limits.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Voiceups and its affiliates from claims arising from your Input, Output, use of the Service, or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
The Service, software, branding, documentation, and organization of our voice catalog are owned by Voiceups or licensors. No ownership is transferred except the limited licenses stated here. Copyright complaints: contact support@voiceups.online with sufficient detail to identify the work and your authority.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, legal requirements, or operational reasons. Upon termination, your license ends and data may be deleted per our Privacy Policy. Provisions that should survive (liability, indemnity, dispute resolution) remain in effect.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, cancel your subscription and discontinue use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Voiceups operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. Contact support first to resolve disputes. Where permitted, disputes may be resolved in courts or arbitration in our designated jurisdiction unless local law requires otherwise.
